Mod Podge Pumpkins - DIY

Fall styling is at its peak - and everyone loves a great pumpkin. While I love this seasonal gourd, I find myself wanting more variety in my home decor.

This fun craft can help bring in your color palette or even simply add a pop of color to your space.

Let's transform your average faux craft store pumpkin into a custom piece of art.

MATERIALS:

Faux Pumpkins

Tissue paper or paper napkins to match decor (if using paper napkins, be sure to only use the top layer)

Mod Podge

Brushes

DIRECTIONS:

1. Paint a layer of Mod Podge on your pumpkin to create a tacky surface.

2. Open your tissue paper or napkin on your work surface, and place your still tacky pumpkin in the middle. Smooth sides of paper along the pumpkin.

3. Use extra paper to fill in the top around the stem.

4. Apply another coat of Mod Podge on the paper to get a finished look.

If you create your own, I’d love to see the finished piece or how you incorporated it into your fall styling! Be sure to tag @MaizieClarke so I can reshare your creativity!
