Blood Orange Kentucky Mule

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail)
Start with crushed ice
Fresh mint leaves
2 ounces of fresh blood orange juice
Juice of half a lime
2 ounces of your favorite bourbon
4 to 5 ounces of a good ginger beer for topping

Garnish with orange and mint sprig
